Chloe Lucas-Walsh is a chef, recipe developer, food stylist, and supper club host based in Los Angeles. You may have seen her work on Instagram, where she posts recipes, daily meals, travels, and supper club events. Born and raised in the UK, she spent eight years in Bristol and six years in London, working in restaurants and bars for most of her life.
In this edition of Kitchen Tours, I ask Chloe about her earliest food memory, the best meal she’s had recently, how she prepares for dinner parties, and more.
What’s your earliest food memory?
I grew up in the Midlands, UK, but my family had a house in Spain, so growing up, I would spend every summer in Calpe. I remember walking across the port to go and eat paella, and even now, I vividly remember the smell of the food.
